Name, Degree, Affiliation, Address, City/State, Country, Telephone, ID (E-mail), ORCID ID, Password, and Subspecialty

Possession and Usage Period

While receiving services provided by Epidemiology and Health, your personal information will be retained and used by Epidemiology and Health.
If requested for withdrawal, your personal information will be deleted at the same time of the membership withdrawal.
